Giovane Café + Bakery + Deli

Giovane is a vibrant café-bakery-deli located on the street level of Vancouver’s Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel. The space captures a diverse clientele by opening up to a main city street and the hotel lobby. The concept combines a host of services and amenities including a coffee bar, deli, bakery and a retail section The full interior design includes retail concepts, bespoke furniture, and branding of merchandising, from mugs, cake boxes, uniforms and even customizing a Vespa.
