The interior design for the final tower at Station Square culminates the development in its most prominent and refined form. Located in Burnaby’s Metrotown and developed by Anthem and Beedie Living, the 52-storey tower accommodates 424 homes and marks the culmination of the broader master plan. The design shapes a cohesive and elevated living environment, reinforcing the project’s position within a dense and evolving urban context.
The scope encompasses interior design for all residences, the residential lobby, and a range of shared amenity spaces supporting wellness and social interaction. In parallel, the Station Square Presentation Centre is reconfigured to align with the character of the final phase, adopting a more restrained and gallery-like expression. A clear spatial organization, consistent material palette, and integrated branding create a unified experience that supports both day-to-day use and prospective engagement.
Within the double-height lobby, a suspended translucent resin installation developed in collaboration with Propellor introduces a focal point to the space. The element diffuses natural light and introduces a sense of movement, contributing warmth and visual depth to the interior. Across both the tower and presentation centre, the design maintains a consistent architectural language defined by material refinement, spatial clarity, and a measured approach to detail, bringing the Station Square development to a resolved and cohesive conclusion.
