The West 6th Presentation Centre draws from the character and energy of South Granville, translating the neighbourhood’s distinct identity into both the boutique development and its marketing environment. Developed in collaboration with Anthem Properties Group, the project includes architectural and interior design for a 50-home residential development at 1558 West 6th Avenue. As an early expression of the project, a 4,400-square-foot presentation centre introduces the refined design language of the development, FORM, establishing a clear and cohesive identity prior to construction.
The centre reconsiders the conventional presentation model through a bespoke and immersive approach. Interior spaces are organized as a series of curated vignettes that showcase suite qualities, with finishes composed into sculptural, highly considered displays. A range of formal and informal meeting areas supports a welcoming and adaptable sales environment, accommodating consultations, events, and community gatherings. Spatial sequencing and material continuity guide visitors through the experience, balancing moments of engagement with areas for focused discussion.
A defining element of the project is a 70-foot-long wood shelving installation that extends the full length of the space. This custom feature functions as both display and framework, presenting marketing materials while foregrounding South Granville’s creative community through contributions from local makers and artists. Developed in close coordination with Letterbox Design and LM Studio, the presentation centre achieves a layered and cohesive environment that integrates architecture, interiors, and neighbourhood identity.
