The project will strengthen connections to active transportation networks, with secure bike parking and at-grade car share options designed to support a range of mobility needs for residents and the broader community.
The tower will rise thoughtfully from its context, stepping down to respect neighbouring low-rise buildings while preserving a mature tree that anchors the site in its established urban fabric. At street level, new retail spaces along Arbutus Street will reinforce its role as a key high street, offering amenities that serve both new tenants and locals.
The proposed building will include 160 rental homes, with 33 below-market units and 57 family-sized suites.
