Uninterrupted views of the ocean, mountains, and city below provide the backdrop for this modern residence. Multiple patios and a rooftop terrace with plunge pool extend the living space to create a layered relationship between the interior and surrounding landscape.
This home was distilled from two units into one to suit a growing family. Honest materials and minimalist detailing express a quiet luxury, while curated moments introduce playfulness and reflect the clients’ personality. The living spaces, bedrooms, ensuites and the home office were positioned to take advantage of the unparalleled views. A double height volume in the living room and smart glass from the overlook of the primary bedroom maximized the spacious feel of this lofty penthouse. A timeless palette of natural stones and wood was used throughout to provide an elevated, connected feel.
